In February 2023, Jackson faced trouble when he was arrested and charged with three counts of aggravated sexual battery and one count of battery. The charges stemmed from an incident where he forcibly grabbed and kissed restaurant owner Aspen Vaughn. A preliminary hearing for his case is scheduled for January 2024.
