Whatever Works
Adapted from a 1970s script, Whatever Works follows the life of Larry David’s character, Mr. Yellnikoff. After a failed suicide attempt, Yellnikoff moves to a small apartment in New York City’s Chinatown. From there, he embarks on a journey to embrace a new, wild lifestyle.
The picture was directed by controversial director Woody Allen and stars Evan Rachel Wood, Conleth Hill, Henry Cavill, who plays the role of Randy James. Some may be sceptical about the film’s plot but Cavill wants to impress and he has a great connection with Evan Rachel Wood.
Man of Steel
Henry Cavill has had an amazing career, but there’s one thing that sticks out – his portrayal of Superman is legendary. For those who only know Cavill as Superman, it all began with his appearance in 2013’s Man of Steel.

Henry Cavill’s performance as Napoleon Solo is one of the best of his career and stands out from the rest, showing off his skills to the best of his ability. He plays the character with a calm, collected, self-assured, and totally cool attitude, which is different from the type of character we usually see from him.

After Superman’s heroic sacrifice, Bruce Wayne wants to make sure his sacrifice wasn’t in vain. He joins forces with Diana Prince to save the planet from a terrible threat. But it turns out the job isn’t as easy as he thought. Each member of the team has to confront their own dark pasts and overcome the obstacles that have stopped them from reaching their full potential.
Now that Batman and Wonder Woman are teaming up with Aquaman, Cyborg, and Flash, they need to act fast to get rid of these bad guys, who are trying to hide in the shadows from the villain (Steppenwolf) and his henchman DeSaad and Darkseid.
The Count Of Monte Cristo
Edmond Dantes, played by Jim Caviezel, is the main character of the movie. He’s been falsely imprisoned and accused of being a traitor after being set up by his fake friend, Fernand Mondego, played by Guy Pearce. Edmond’s only goal in life is to get revenge on those who mistreated him. He’s also on a mission to get his beloved Mercédè’s Mondego (played by Dagmara Dominczyk) back from Fernand’s clutches.
If you’re a fan of Henry Cavill, then this movie is for you! It’s a must-watch because it shows Henry at a young age before he became Superman. The amazing cast makes it so much fun to watch, even though the story isn’t all that original.
Stardust
Tristan Thorn, played by Charlie Cox, falls head over heels in love with Sienna Miller’s Victoria. But he’s on a mission to find a fallen star in the magical area of Stormhold in order to get her hand. To his surprise, the star turns out to be Claire Danes’ Yvaine instead of a star. On their way back, Yvaine’s mission to protect Tristan could lead him to some unexpected truths about who he really is.
Stardust is an amazing sci fi novel that tells a unique and captivating love story. It stars Henry Cavill in a small but important role as Humphrey who has to compete with Tristan to get Yvaine.
The Witcher
The Witcher is a fantasy series on Netflix that follows a monster hunter, Geralt, who is tasked with protecting a young princess, Ciri, who is the rightful ruler of Cintra. Unfortunately, the Nilfgaard Empire is after Ciri too, and they want to take Cintra for themselves. Henry Cavill plays Geralt as a complex character, who is both a great fighter and someone who cares deeply about Ciri. He’s like a father figure to her, and he protects her with all his heart.
The Witcher is an amazing show that really captures the essence of the world it’s set in. It’s got some of the most amazing actors in the world, like Yennefer, Freya, and Jaskier, who are all great additions to the cast. It’s been a huge success for Netflix, with reviews saying it’s got great production values, great characters, and great action. Plus, it’s been nominated for some awards, like the Golden Globe for Best TV Series – Drama.
Overall, I think Henry Cavill’s portrayal of Geralt of Riva is one of the best things to watch in The Witcher. He brings the character alive in a way that’s both true to the story and captivating for people of all ages.
