Only Murders in the Building Season 4 is coming! The murder-mystery has been renewed officially on Hulu.
The announcement comes after the season three finale, which left the Steve Martin, Martin Short, and Selena Gomez on a cliffhanger, paving the way for a fourth season in which the trio solves a murder mystery through their true crime podcast.
Guests such as Meryl Streep, Paul Rudd, Jesse Williams, and Ashley Park appeared in OMITB Season 3 of the show while the troupe worked on a Broadway production directed by Short’s character. Short and the cast are forced to pivot after a murder threatens the production, and the protagonists are tasked with building a musical, scored by Tony-Award winning songwriters, while also solving the crime.
When asked if Streep and Williams will return in season four, showrunner John Hoffman tells The Hollywood Reporter, “There is no greater hope.”
He also said. “I would bring Paul back if we can. Listen, I would bring everyone back, and that might happen. Victims, killers, they’re all able to play in the landscape within this sort of certain narrative ways we can tell our stories.”
Only Murders in the Building Season 4 has yet to set a premiere date, and the Season 3 finale is already available on Hulu.
