The highly awaited The Boys Season 4 will finally premiere on Prime Video next month, and fans are excited to see what comes next.
Despite the fact that the fourth season has yet to be released, Amazon confirmed earlier this month that the series has been renewed for a fifth season. During a recent interview with Screen Rant, showrunner Eric Kripke was questioned about The Boys Season 5.
“Even I don’t. I mean, we’re about a month into the writers room right now, so we have some pretty cool notions,” Kripke shared. “It’s a very raw lava-esque deal right now. It hasn’t hardened into anything, but I’m excited. I think there’s some crazy sh*t’s been talked about, that’s for sure.”
In season 4, the world hangs in the balance. Vicious politician Victoria Neuman is clawing her way to power, while Homelander, the twisted superhero, tightens his grip. Billy Butcher, facing a terminal illness and personal losses, needs to find a way to work with a fractured Boys team. Can they overcome their differences and stop a terrifying future?
The Boys cast includes Karl Urban, Jack Quaid, Antony Starr, and more return, joined by exciting newcomers like Jeffrey Dean Morgan.
The new season premieres on Prime Video on June 13th.
