Margot Robbie and Ryan Gosling, who did well with Greta Gerwig’s Barbie, are teaming up again for Ocean’s 11 prequel.
There isn’t much known about the film right now, other that it will be directed by Jay Roach and set in 1960s Europe. The film will be the first Ocean’s production since the 2018 Ocean’s 8 starring Sandra Bullock and Cate Blanchett. Producer Josey McNamara discusses the new film on the Saltburn red carpet at the BFI London Film Festival.
While speaking with GamesRadar he admits, “I can’t really say much but I think we’re just trying to do right by the franchise. I’m excited for people to experience it when it’s ready.”
McNamara says he hopes this is the start of many more collaborations between the Robbie and Gosling. “They’re wonderful together. The more projects even outside of that we can have them do would be amazing.”
Ocean’s 11 prequel is being helmed by Robbie’s production company, LuckyChap Entertainment.
