iCarly Reportedly Cancelled at Paramount+ After 3 Seasons

iCarly Reboot

Paramount+ has reportedly cancelled the Nickelodeon reboot iCarly after three seasons.

The show follows an adult Carly Shay (Miranda Cosgrove) as she attempts to resurrect her online series with the help of her brother Spencer and old friend Freddie (returning cast members Jerry Trainor and Nathan Kress). Jaidyn Triplett, who plays Freddie’s stepdaughter Millicent, and Laci Mosley, who plays Carly’s flatmate Harper, also appear.

Mosley breaks the news on Twitter/X while responding to a fan tweet.

She also penned a heartfelt note to her cast and crew saying, “The best people I’ve ever worked with in the business. Thank you for tuning in to the reboot. Everyone put their deeply kind talented souls into this.”

“The series had a great three-season run and delivered on what fans really wanted to see with Carly and Freddie finally getting together,” said a Paramount+ spokesperson. “We want to thank the entire cast, the writers, directors and producers along with the whole crew for their dedication, creativity and talent.”

iCarly‘s showrunner and executive producer is Ali Schouten-Seeks. Producers include Trainor, Kress, and Alissa Vradenburg.

The three seasons of the new iCarly are available to stream on Paramount+.
